A back massage is carried out with steamed heated Thai compresses - filled with real, aromatic lavender petals and skin cleansing rice.  The size, shape & heat from the compresses, allow a firm pressure to be achieved during the massage, effectively relieving tension, easing chronic pain & promoting deep relaxation.  

LAVENDER OIL Scalp/Head Massage

LAVENDER oil is used to carry out a deeply relaxing scalp and forehead massage.  The combination of lavender scents and physical massage will release all tension, alleviating headache symptoms, calming busy minds & creating a quiet space.  Lavender oil is very beneficial for the hair, promoting good blood circulation, aiding hair growth and optimising scalp health (Clients are advised that their hair will have a large amount of oil applied during this treatment).  A chilled LAVENDER FLORAL WATER eye mask is applied at the end of the massage to help hydrate the delicate eye area & allow the mind to switch off.

LAVENDER Foot Cleanse/Scrub/Massage

Using LAVENDER scented products & luxuriously steam heated cloths - the feet are cleansed and exfoliated.  Next, a mini foot massage with LAVENDER OIL is carried out, followed by a final hot cloth cleanse to leave the feet relaxed & pampered!

*a detailed pre treatment consultation - this will include discussions about your current stage of the menopause, your main concerns, top 3 symptoms that are affecting you, what current medication/supplements you may be on & general lifestyle info.

*Using the power of aromatherapy to create a bespoke blend - based on your preferences, symptoms & needs that day, I will blend a beautiful massage oil - drawing upon specific essential oils that are renouned for targeting menopausal symptoms.  

*A deeply healing massage to the entire back of the body - using your special aromatherapy blend, a lomi lomi/balinese style massage will be performed across the entire back of the body.  Starting at the tips of your toes, passing over the legs, back, arms and to the tips of your fingers - your whole being will feel soothed.
