Appointments
Please note, I am a 'ladies only' home salon, I do not take bookings for male clients. All treatments are by appointment only. I am not able to answer calls (during treatments or closing hours) and unknown numbers will divert to my voice messaging service. In order to make a booking, please leave a voicemail, send me a text or an email with ALL of the following information, so that I can offer suitable appointment slots;
* FULL name and contact info
* Type of treatment you are seeking
*Preferred days of the week and times of day you would like an appointment
Once I have all the relevant information, I will be in touch as soon as possible, so we can make booking and of course chat about any further information you would like on treatment specifics etc.
**A non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your first booking**
At your first visit to me I will carry out a brief medical consultation, allowing me to adapt treatments where needed. If you are taking any prescribed medications, it is useful to have the names of these to hand at your appointment. In some instances, certain medical conditions will require GP consent prior to carrying out the treatment.
I would also ask that you take a moment to read my
Cancellation & Lateness Policy
relating to all bookings. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment, drop me a text message and if I'm free I will let you know. However, if I don't answer please wait until a few minutes before your appointment time before ringing the bell, as I am likely to either still be in an appointment with another client (and this will disturb their treatment time) or setting up ready for your treatment.
As my home salon is located on a quiet residential street, I would kindly ask my visitors to park directly on my driveway when you arrive at your appointment, to avoid obstructing the street or neighbouring properties. Please be considerate of noise levels when arriving or leaving my property and avoid leaving headlights/engine on if sat in car etc. Please be aware that the treatment room is located in the upstairs of my property, so is accessed via one full flight of stairs (handrail fitted to one side of staircase).

My home salon is located just off the A449 @ 'The Crescent' Cookley (which can be searched for as such on google maps) - This is a Bovis homes new build development. Please be aware that the salon postcode currrently does not work in sat nav/maps due to it being a new property. Please contact for further info and compenhensive directions will be provided once your booking is arranged.
